Laughter is the best medicine! Laughing and smiling increases our body's natural feel good endorphins, boosts our immune system and helps lower our stress levels. Laughter Yoga involves prolonged voluntary laughter that provides similar physiological and psychological benefits to spontaneous, real, contagious laughter, which it often turns into! Lina creates a safe space in which to talk about happiness, engage in a laughter and sound meditation and relax with other members. Come and laugh yourself to health and happiness with Lina the Laughing Goddess!

We all know that to stay

physically healthy we need our 5 A Day minimum of 400g

of fruit and vegetables.

How Does

It Work?

Lina will start with a check in before moving into talking you through laughter yoga 'exercises' which will help you to relax and become aware of how your body feels, where the tension is etc.

What do

I Need?

For the session you will need your laptop or mobile device and session zoom link, comfortable clothing, a quiet uninterrupted space, and of course your laughter!

What Do

I Do?

Lina will start by checking everyone is ok and then lead you through the exercises. She will always demonstrate and explain, and give you chance to ask questions.The session ends with a short relaxation exercise.
