Relaxation

Session Brief

In reality, relaxation can be one of the healthiest, but the hardest, things to incorporate into your everyday life. This session is designed by Monica to help you to relax both body and mind. Bring your music/sounds you find relaxing, turn the lights down, mute your microphone/turn your camera off and lie back and get cosy as Monica talks you through a 45 minute relaxation. She won't disturb you when the session is over, so remember to set your alarm if you have somewhere to be afterwards as you're likely to fall asleep!

Session Details

How Does

It Work?​

Monica will begin by checking everyone is ok. She will then talk us through our relaxation session, giving gentle instruction which will help you to relax your mind and body.

What do

I Need?

For the session you will need your laptop or mobile device and session zoom link, a quiet uninterrupted space to sit or lie down, and your own relaxing music to play (45-60 minlong)

What Do

I Do?

Following check in Monica will ask you to turn off the camera and microphone on your computer (this means you can hear her but no-one can hear or see you.) You will then get yourself comfortable, turn on your music and listen to Monica as she talks you through an hour of relaxation. You may even fall asleep!

Monica lives in the North West of England. She is a Meditation Practitioner/Teacher, Mindfulness Behaviour Cognitive Therapist and Reiki Master with a 20 year back ground in specialist Mental Health Nursing. Monica is a single mum who lives with an adorable 13 year old cat and a Chihuahua. She loves being at the beach, being in nature and singing.
