As well as hosting our Mindfulness Sessions, Steph has her own business centered around women's wellness and post birth therapies.
From Steph: I'm on a mission to help Women access comfort, community & wellness. With touch therapies designed to target the body and workshops to provide support for the mind, my approach aims to nourish aches as well as anxieties.

With a background in Psychology, counselling and teaching – the expertise I’ve gathered over the years has led me here to this point in time and I could not be happier and more excited to share this moment with you. As a woman and a mother I understand the transformative journeys that we have to go through – physically, mentally & hormonally!! Whatever path you’ve chosen in your life women are not investing enough time in their own wellness and self-care.
