Let's get to know each other!

Studies show that social isolation undermines our physical and mental health. Just a short time with other people improves our quality of life. Clare, our Bee Tree Director and Co-founder runs this lovely, informal group. It's a place to explore and share our thoughts and feelings and talk about how we maintain our overall well being.

Session Brief

Friendship, said Christopher Robin,

is a very comforting thing to have.

Session Details

How Does

It Work?

Each week members bring something personal to share and to talk about; an object, a photo, a poem, the story of a life event, a piece of artwork or music, etc. anything at all. Sometimes we talk about ideas to help us improve our physical or mental health and to stay well.

What do

I Need?

For the session you will need your laptop or mobile device and session zoom link, and a notepad and pen and whatever you want to talk about.

What Do

I Do?

Clare will lead the session, so you get to just be there and relax, and to talk as much or as little as you like (and don't forget your object if you want to share).
