Journey into the past with us!

History
Session Brief
History is full of stories about people and places, good and bad. These stories shape the way we think about ourselves and the world around us. This group is led by Steve (with occasional guest hosting slots by Ann-Marie!) who provides us with fascinating insights into past events/eras and the people involved, and generates some lively discussion! This session runs every other Wednesday evening opposite Family History with Alan.

We are not makers of history. We are made by history.
- Martin Luther King Jnr
We all know that to stay
physically healthy we need our
5 A Day minimum of 400g
of fruit and vegetables.
At The Bee Tree Community
we also believe in 4 A Day;
to maintain our overall wellbeing
we need to pay attention to
not only our physical health,
but our emotional, mental
and spiritual health too:
The Bee Tree Community:
Part of your 4 A Day!
All our sessions at The Bee Tree Community are colour coded, so that you can see how each activity contributes to your 4 A Day and helps you to maintain your overall wellbeing.
