Yoga kind of helps you prepare for everything, honestly.
It's like meditation. It allows anything that's
coming at you at the end of the day to be doable.

I also do Kundalini Yoga.

Kundalini yoga is also known as 'yoga of awareness'. Lorraine will use movement, sound, breath and meditation to relax and restore the mind and the body, improving strength, flexibility, and endurance.
You will need to complete the Health Consultation form before attending our yoga classes. For the session you will need your laptop or mobile device and session zoom link, comfortable clothing, a quiet uninterrupted space, your yoga mat, one or two cushions and a blanket.
Lorraine will begin by checking everyone is ok and then lead you through the postures and movements, which you will do to music which she provides. She will always demonstrate and explain, and give you a chance to ask questions, before you begin. If you find a posture or movement difficult Lorraine will suggest similar alternatives which you may find easier. The session ends with a short relaxation exercise.
