Qigong

Tai Chi 2.png

Put a spring in your step with deeply relaxing and revitalising Qigong movement meditation! Qigong, similar to Tai Chi, is a form of Yoga and is easy to learn and enjoyable do. It helps to relieve stress and increase our energy. The guiding principle of all Qigong practices is the coordination of the eyes with the body movements, the focus of the mind, and the breath. The flowing forms are done seated to relaxing music, deepening our breath and gently stretching and opening our body and joints. The movements are inspired by nature and the elements. Come and enjoy a greater sense of wellbeing! Relax, de-stress and feel wonderful!
